Escape From New York

"Escape From New York" is the first live album by 65daysofstatic. It features some exclusive songs, with a blend of tracks from their first three studio albums.

It was released in April 2009 on Monotreme Records and it is the result of two concerts played at Madison Square Gardens on June 18, 2008, and Radio City Music Hall on June 19, 2008. At the time, the band was on a tour with The Cure.[1]

History[]

Following the band's performances in Madison Square Gardens on June 18, 2008, and Radio City Music Hall on June 19, 2008, the audio recorded by Keith Uddin was mixed and mastered at 2Fly Studios by Dave ‘that’s still not in tune’ Sanderson.[2] This is one of the first recordings where the band collaborated with Sanderson.
